Message	Then how do you explain the Ram Air Firebird and Ford Thunderbolt? Both used Ram Air systems... I remember reading a HOT ROD magazine article probably 20+ years ago about inexpensive ways to increase horsepower. One of which was to duct the aircleaner for Ram Air... I installed that HOT ROD article idea on my 70 Dodge Charger, which had a noticeable effect on highway On-Ramps. It increased mid-range power to a noticable level. I ducted the inlets to my '83 Dodge PU, which had a TO4B turbo and Holley 1000 cfm pro-injection. Again, mid-range increase in torque and horsepower... Can I quantify it? both vehicles are gone. But the change in both cases was significant, and enough to put a smile on your face! (you could feel the difference)
